Mid Week Update 4/22/2017 - 4/27/2017

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 22 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes.  9 homes received a contract;  6 traditional sale town homes, 2 traditional sale detached homes and 1 short sale detached homes.  3 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes  and 1 traditional sale  detached homes.  There are 3 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
