Mid Week Update 11/10/2018 - 11/14/2018

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 18 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes2 homes which went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 0 homes closed. Looking back over the past 5 weeks which had sold homes the average net to list price has been 98.5%, 98.4%, 98.2%, 99%, & 98.5% for an average of 97.9%.
