Mid Week Update 3/11/2017 - 3/14/2017

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 13 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 2 traditional sale condos.  10homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos, 5 traditional town homes, and 4 traditional detached homes.  1 homes were reported sold;  1 short detached homes.  There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
