Mid Week Update 5/20/2017 - 5/23/2017

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 29 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes.  3 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes.  1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes.  There are 3 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
