Mid Week Update 8/19/2017 - 8/22/2017

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 43 homes for sale. 1 homes new to the market; 1 traditional detached town  homes. 3 homes which went under contract; 3 traditional sale town homes.  2 homes were reported sold;  1 traditional sale town  homes and 1 court ordered sale town  homes.  There are 3 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
