I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 54 active listings, 2 new listings, both traditional sale town homes. 2 homes received a contract, a short sale town home and a short sale detached home. 2 homes sold, a traditional sale town home and a traditional sale setached home. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
