I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 54 active listings, 2 active listings a short sale town home and a bank owned detached home. 2 homes received a contract; a bank owned condo and a traditional sale detached home. 3 homes sold, 2 traditional sale town homes and a traditional sale detached home. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
