I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 47 active listings. 2 active listings new this week, both traditional sale town homes. 3 homes received a contract; a traditional sale town home, a bank owned town home and a traditional sale detached home. No home sold. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
