Mid Week Update 2/18/2011-2/22/2012

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 57 active listings. 4 active listings new this week; 3 traditional sale town homes and 1traditional sale detached home.  1 home went under contract this week; a traditional sale town home.  5 homes sold; a short sale town home, a traditional sale toen home, 2 short sale detached homes and 1 traditional sale detached home. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
